A: No. All consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care are provided virtually. Your only in-person requirement is lab work, which you can complete at convenient locations throughout the Jacksonville area.

A: We usually have availability within 1-2 weeks for initial consultations. Once you’re an established patient, follow-up appointments can often be scheduled sooner based on your specific needs.

A: We work with multiple lab partners throughout the greater Jacksonville area, including locations in Southside, Riverside, Jacksonville Beach, and surrounding communities. We’ll direct you to the most convenient location near your home or work.

A: Your prescriptions are fulfilled by an independent, licensed pharmacy. You’ll receive your prescription with thorough usage instructions and have ongoing support from Kelly throughout your treatment.

A: While our Miami Beach office is available for in-person appointments, most Jacksonville patients find telehealth more convenient. However, if you’re visiting the Miami Beach area, we’re happy to arrange an in-person visit.
