No two patients are the same, and care should reflect that. At South Florida Face and Body, the same person who plans your treatment is the person who performs it — and the one who reviews your results.
Unlike larger clinics where you may see a different provider at each visit, Kelly personally leads every consultation, treatment, and follow-up appointment. This owner-led, one-on-one model gives you continuity, consistency, and a level of attention that’s rare in modern care. It also means your history is held by the person treating you, not handed off between intake forms — so each plan builds on the last.
That continuity matters most over time. Aesthetic results are refined across visits, and functional medicine depends on watching lab trends and adjusting. Both reward a practitioner who remembers your face, your goals, and what worked last time.
Kelly’s academic grounding runs deeper than most aesthetic providers’. Her undergraduate degree in biology and graduate degree in biochemistry from Missouri State University, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing and advanced practice training at the University of Miami, give her a working fluency in the body’s systems — not just the surface.
Her early research focused on metabolism and the role of leptin and appetite-suppressing hormones. That work sparked a lasting interest in how the body’s signaling actually operates, and it still informs how she approaches hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity today. When she reviews a lab panel or designs a medical weight loss plan, she’s reading it through that biochemistry lens.
The same precision carries into aesthetics. Understanding facial anatomy, tissue, and how the face moves is what separates a natural result from an obvious one — and it’s why patients describe her work as refreshed rather than “done.”
Most patients come to Kelly for one of two reasons — and often discover the two are connected. Her practice is built so that aesthetic care and functional wellness inform each other rather than living in separate silos.
Neuromodulators, dermal fillers and biostimulators, microneedling, Kybella, hair restoration, and prescription skincare — calibrated to enhance, not change, your features. The goal is for people to ask what's different, not to notice the treatment.

Every plan starts the same way: by listening. Kelly reviews your concerns, your goals, and your health history before recommending anything — and she’s candid about whether a given treatment is the right fit for you.
By combining the roles of medical provider, health coach, and aesthetic specialist, Kelly supports your wellbeing from more than one angle — which is exactly what an integrative practice should do.
What sets Kelly apart is a commitment to staying at the forefront of both functional medicine and aesthetic innovation. She regularly pursues advanced training in regenerative therapies, biologics, and comprehensive diagnostics, so her patients benefit from current, evidence-based approaches rather than yesterday’s defaults.
It’s a passionate, committed, evidence-based approach that favors long-term health and sustainable results over quick fixes — the difference between a treatment that looks good this week and a plan that holds up over years.

Kelly is the owner of South Florida Face and Body. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner trained at the University of Miami, she holds advanced degrees in nursing, biochemistry, and biology, with graduate research focused on metabolism and the role of leptin and appetite-suppressing hormones. She practices at the intersection of functional medicine and aesthetic injection — meaning the conversations in her treatment room often go beyond the syringe to consider sleep, hormones, metabolism, and inflammation as part of how your skin and face actually present.
Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Florida (APRN #11005134), Kelly brings more than three decades of experience in health, fitness, and clinical practice. She has performed aesthetic injections in South Florida for over a decade and has trained alongside the dermatology and plastic surgery community that built Miami’s aesthetic reputation.
