Serving Brickell · 8 minutes over the MacArthur

Med Spa & Functional Wellness, Serving Brickell.

South Florida Face and Body is a med spa and functional wellness clinic serving Brickell from just across the MacArthur Causeway in South of Fifth. From Brickell

Eight minutes. One provider.

Cross the causeway, not the city. The 1000 5th Street office is a straight eight-minute shot from Brickell Avenue — close enough for a lunch-hour appointment, private enough that you won't run into your whole building.

Yes — South Florida Face and Body serves Brickell, with one nurse-practitioner-led office about eight minutes away in South of Fifth (1000 5th Street, Suite 414). Brickell patients book Botox, dermal fillers, GLP-1 weight loss, hormone therapy, peptides and vitamin injections — every treatment performed by Kelly Wolfe herself, not a rotating injector.

There is no separate Brickell location; the practice is intentionally one office and one provider. Most Brickell patients drive over the MacArthur Causeway, park in the attached $4/hr garage, and are back across the bridge inside the hour.

South of Fifth ⇄ Brickel

Closer than the elevator wait at Brickell City Centre.

Cross the MacArthur Causeway, park in the attached garage, see the same provider who planned your treatment, and be back at your desk within the hour.

Brickell is a vertical neighborhood — the Icon, the SLS, Echo, Brickell Flatiron — full of people who measure their day in fifteen-minute blocks. The last thing that life needs is a med spa where you re-explain your history to a new injector every visit and wait for a ‘provider of the day.’

Our office sits at 1000 5th Street, Suite 414, in South of Fifth — a straight eight-minute run over the causeway from Brickell Avenue. It’s close enough to fold into a lunch hour, and quiet enough that your treatments stay your business.

The aesthetic side — Botox, fillers, biostimulators — and the functional wellness side — hormones, GLP-1 weight loss, peptides, vitamin injections — are both handled here, by Kelly, in one chart. For the in-between, telehealth follow-ups mean you don’t cross the bridge just to review a lab panel.

What Brickell can book

Built for a Brickell calendar.

Quick, high-intent treatments and lab-driven wellness for people who manage their own time tightly — every one performed by Kelly, never delegated.

Why Brickell patients cross the bridge

Three reasons Brickell books here instead of the med spa in their building's lobby.

01

The injector owns the practice.

Most Brickell-area med spas rotate four to six injectors through one calendar, so the person who consults isn't always the person who injects. Here, the only person who touches your face is Kelly — and she'll still be the one in two years.

02

Labs before prescriptions.

Before any GLP-1, peptide or hormone protocol, we run real panels — thyroid, sex hormones, insulin, leptin, cortisol, inflammation. The aesthetic side and the lab side live in the same chart, under the same provider.

03

Built for a Brickell calendar.

Eight minutes over the causeway. Attached $4/hr garage. Same-week consults for new patients, direct text access for existing ones, and no surprise rebooking with a different 'available' provider.

About Your Injector

Kelly Wolfe, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Kelly is the owner of South Florida Face and Body. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner trained at the University of Miami, she holds advanced degrees in nursing, biochemistry, and biology, with graduate research focused on metabolism and the role of leptin and appetite-suppressing hormones. She practices at the intersection of functional medicine and aesthetic injection — meaning the conversations in her treatment room often go beyond the syringe to consider sleep, hormones, metabolism, and inflammation as part of how your skin and face actually present.

Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Florida (APRN #11005134), Kelly brings more than three decades of experience in health, fitness, and clinical practice. She has performed aesthetic injections in South Florida for over a decade and has trained alongside the dermatology and plastic surgery community that built Miami’s aesthetic reputation.

She is the one who answers your text message. She is the one who calls the day after your injection.

From your first consultation through every follow-up, you’ll work directly with Kelly — one injector, one set of hands, one consistent plan.

"I was on holiday in Miami and got the details for Kelly. Best Botox I have had. She advised my husband who had very sore facial skin with a new routine and has cleared up the problem. Would certainly recommend."

One office · South of Fifth

Eight minutes over the causeway.

From Brickell Avenue, the office is a straight run over the MacArthur Causeway — about eight minutes outside rush hour. Patients from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village and the Icon and SLS towers fold a visit into a lunch break or a post-work hour.

The parking garage is attached to the building at $4/hr. Street parking around the building is free during business hours, except one nearby pay-to-park zone — signage will indicate which is which.

The drive, the parking, who holds the needle and how we handle medications — answered for Brickell patients.

Do you have a med spa in Brickell?

No — South Florida Face and Body is one office in South of Fifth, Miami Beach, at 1000 5th Street, Suite 414. We serve Brickell patients who drive about eight minutes over the MacArthur Causeway. Keeping a single location with a single provider is deliberate: the nurse practitioner who plans your treatment is the one who performs it, every visit.

About eight minutes outside of rush hour, straight across the MacArthur Causeway from Brickell Avenue. The attached parking garage is $4 per hour, and street parking around the building is free during business hours, except one nearby pay-to-park zone — signage will indicate which is which.

Often, yes. Neuromodulator appointments are quick once you are an established patient, and the office is close enough to Brickell to fold into a midday window. Your first visit includes a consultation, so allow a little more time for that one. Same-week consults are usually available.

Yes. Medical weight loss is one of our most-requested wellness services. We offer GLP-1 protocols including semaglutide and tirzepatide, prescribed only after a full lab panel covering thyroid, insulin, leptin, cortisol and A1c, so the medication targets what is actually driving the resistance. Progress is tracked with InBody body composition scans, and many Brickell patients use telehealth for monthly check-ins between in-office visits.

Possibly, but it requires planning. Patients on anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, such as aspirin, warfarin, Plavix, Eliquis or Xarelto, have a higher risk of bruising and bleeding at the injection site. Please disclose every current medication during your consultation so Kelly can plan technique and timing. Do not stop any anticoagulant on your own — always consult your prescribing physician before making any change to these medications. Kelly can coordinate with your prescriber when that is helpful.

You will only ever see Kelly. The practice is owner-operated by design, with no rotating injector calendar and no handoff between consult and treatment. Kelly Wolfe is a nurse practitioner, and she personally performs every consultation, injection, lab review and follow-up.
