Kelly earned her MSN at the University of Miami, in Coral Gables. The restrained, architectural approach to aesthetics that the Gables tends to prefer is the approach she already practices.
The drive is longer than from the Beach, and Gables patients tend to make it on purpose: a single expert provider who never hands you off, instead of a rotating chain med spa on Miracle Mile.
Coral Gables has a particular taste — Mediterranean, architectural, understated — and aesthetics that match it tend to be the quiet kind.
Miracle Mile, the Biltmore, the coral-rock facades, the canopy streets — the Gables rewards things that look considered, not loud. The aesthetic equivalent is conservative dosing and gradual, collagen-driven change that no one can quite point to.
Kelly Wolfe trained for her MSN at the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, before opening a single-provider practice at 1000 5th Street, Suite 414 in South of Fifth — about twenty minutes from Miracle Mile via the Dolphin Expressway and MacArthur Causeway.
Gables patients usually plan the visit and bundle a few treatments into one trip: a neuromodulator touch-up, a Sculptra session, a hormone panel reviewed. Aesthetics and labs, one chart, one nurse practitioner — worth the drive precisely because nothing gets handed off.
Conservative, architectural aesthetics and root-cause wellness — the understated work the Gables tends to prefer, all performed by Kelly herself.
Restrained neuromodulator dosing that softens without freezing — the well-rested look the Gables tends to want, not an obvious one.
Compare neuromodulators
Collagen-induction therapy for tone and texture — a quiet way to improve skin quality that suits the Gables preference for results that read as good skin, not work.
Explore microneedling
HA fillers and collagen stimulators planned to your features, not a trend. Definition that looks like you, on a slightly better day.
Explore fillers & biostimulators
Bioidentical hormone therapy for perimenopause, menopause and male testosterone optimization — backed by a full panel, not a single TSH.
Explore hormone therapy
Compounded retinoids, prescription pigment correctors and tailored actives — often doing more for classic age-tells than patients expect a cream to do.
Explore prescription skincare
For thinning hairlines, post-partum shedding and traction loss — a scalp-health-first protocol, often paired with hormone work where labs warrant it.

Kelly earned her MSN at the University of Miami, a few miles from Miracle Mile. She knows this community's taste, and she works to it — classic, understated, suspicious of anything obvious.
The plan starts conservative: lower neuromodulator doses, biostimulators that build slowly, skincare that does quiet work. The goal is well-rested, never done.
A single nurse practitioner plans and performs every treatment — no rotating chain-med-spa calendar, no provider of the day. For many Gables patients, that's the whole reason to make the drive.

"Kelly is amazing! She's incredibly knowledgeable and progressive when it comes to facial aesthetics. My Botox and filler results are natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for — never overdone."

"I was on holiday in Miami and got the details for Kelly. Best Botox I have had. She advised my husband who had very sore facial skin with a new routine and has cleared up the problem. Would certainly recommend."

Whether the drive is worth it, where Kelly trained and how results stay restrained.
Many Gables patients think so. The draw is a single nurse-practitioner-led practice where the person who plans your treatment performs it every time, rather than a rotating chain med spa. The office is about twenty minutes from Miracle Mile via the Dolphin Expressway and MacArthur Causeway, and patients typically bundle a few treatments into one visit.
Kelly Wolfe earned her MSN at the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, and holds a Master’s in Biochemistry from Missouri State. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with a separate certification in Functional Medicine. She is a nurse practitioner.
A restrained plan, usually built on conservative neuromodulator dosing and biostimulators such as Sculptra that rebuild your own collagen gradually, so the change reads as well-rested rather than obviously treated. Prescription skincare often does more than patients expect. Kelly plans to your anatomy, not to a template, and performs every treatment herself.

Possibly, but it requires planning. Patients on anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, such as aspirin, warfarin, Plavix, Eliquis or Xarelto, have a higher risk of bruising and bleeding at the injection site. Please disclose every current medication during your consultation so Kelly can plan technique and timing. Do not stop any anticoagulant on your own — always consult your prescribing physician before making any change to these medications. Kelly can coordinate with your prescriber when that is helpful.
Yes. The practice is owner-operated, with no rotating injector calendar and no handoff between consult and treatment. Kelly Wolfe is a nurse practitioner, and she personally performs every consultation, injection, lab review and follow-up.
