Down Collins from the Faena District and the 40s–50s towers. The patient list is capped at what Kelly can personally see in a week — which is exactly why a Mid-Beach visit never feels rushed.
There is no Mid-Beach satellite; the practice is one office and one nurse practitioner on purpose. The patient list is capped at what Kelly can personally see in a week, which is why Mid-Beach residents who value an unhurried visit tend to settle in here.
Mid-Beach is residential in a way the rest of the Beach isn't — and the practice is built for exactly that kind of steady, long-term care.
The Faena District, the Edition, the Confidante, the residential towers along the 40s and 50s of Collins — Mid-Beach is where people stay. They want the provider they saw last year, doing the same restrained work, on a schedule that respects their time.
Our office is at 1000 5th Street, Suite 414, about nine minutes south on Collins. The draw isn’t proximity alone; it’s continuity — one nurse practitioner, a capped list, and an aesthetic philosophy that favors gradual collagen-driven change over anything sudden.
The functional wellness side runs full panels before any hormone, peptide or GLP-1 protocol, and the concierge membership keeps year-round residents in steady contact between visits. Aesthetics and labs, one chart, one provider.
Gradual collagen-driven aesthetics and ongoing, lab-backed wellness — for residents who want the same provider in two years that they have today.

The schedule is limited to what one provider can personally see in a week. That's the trade — fewer slots, more attention — and it's why a Mid-Beach visit doesn't feel like a conveyor belt.
Your biostimulator plan and your hormone panel live with the same provider, in the same record. Nothing gets managed in separate inboxes by separate people.
A quiet office, no rotating staff, no waiting-room churn. For year-round residents who value privacy, that consistency is the point — the same face every visit, for years.
Kelly is the owner of South Florida Face and Body. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner trained at the University of Miami, she holds advanced degrees in nursing, biochemistry, and biology, with graduate research focused on metabolism and the role of leptin and appetite-suppressing hormones. She practices at the intersection of functional medicine and aesthetic injection — meaning the conversations in her treatment room often go beyond the syringe to consider sleep, hormones, metabolism, and inflammation as part of how your skin and face actually present.
Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Florida (APRN #11005134), Kelly brings more than three decades of experience in health, fitness, and clinical practice. She has performed aesthetic injections in South Florida for over a decade and has trained alongside the dermatology and plastic surgery community that built Miami’s aesthetic reputation.
She is the one who answers your text message. She is the one who calls the day after your injection.
From your first consultation through every follow-up, you’ll work directly with Kelly — one injector, one set of hands, one consistent plan.

"Kelly is amazing! She's incredibly knowledgeable and progressive when it comes to facial aesthetics. My Botox and filler results are natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for — never overdone."

"I was on holiday in Miami and got the details for Kelly. Best Botox I have had. She advised my husband who had very sore facial skin with a new routine and has cleared up the problem. Would certainly recommend."

No — there is one office, in South of Fifth at 1000 5th Street, Suite 414, about nine minutes south of Mid-Beach on Collins Avenue. Keeping a single office with a single nurse practitioner is intentional, so the provider who plans your care is the one who delivers it every visit.

Biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse are a common choice — they prompt your own collagen to rebuild over weeks to months, so the change reads as gradual rather than sudden. Kelly plans these around your facial anatomy rather than to a template, and every treatment is performed by her personally.
Yes. Our functional wellness side offers bioidentical hormone therapy for perimenopause, menopause and male testosterone optimization, backed by a full panel rather than a single TSH. Residents who want ongoing access often choose the annual concierge membership, which includes quarterly labs, hormone monitoring and direct messaging with Kelly.
Possibly, but it requires planning. Patients on anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, such as aspirin, warfarin, Plavix, Eliquis or Xarelto, have a higher risk of bruising and bleeding at the injection site. Please disclose every current medication during your consultation so Kelly can plan technique and timing. Do not stop any anticoagulant on your own — always consult your prescribing physician before making any change to these medications. Kelly can coordinate with your prescriber when that is helpful.
Yes. The practice is owner-operated and the patient list is capped, so there is no rotating injector calendar. Kelly Wolfe is a nurse practitioner, and she personally performs every consultation, injection, lab review and follow-up.
